The direction of product roadmaps are one of a most complex parts of an organisation to get right with an almost unlimited number of inputs and ideas, and multiple methods of ranking, classifying and prioritising them!

 

To help all of us navigate this, for the first time we are publishing elements of our roadmap in this new format with the simple aims of sharing ideas, sharing concepts and communicating  plans, and how you can be involved at a more strategic level with our product direction.

Of equal importance, we also want to give you communication that you can share with Sapiens IDIT users inside your business outside of our traditional technical environment.

IDIT Case Study – Business Transformation

Sapiens IDIT customer Anadolu Sigorta is one of the top 10 most valuable business in Turkey with 1,500 employees, 110 brokers and 2,500 agents. IDIT is used daily by 1,200 system users that combined serve approaching four million customers.

Anadolu selected Sapiens for a multi-year transformation project that delivered a new core system that went live at the end of 2020. This replaced an existing platform that had been highly customised where the complexity of web-services was reducing Anadolu’s ability to grow with customer requirements, and serve Anadolu’s employees, bank-branches agents and brokers with end-to-end digital services to help them advise their customers on cover requirements.
