The Problem:

Your rep has 20 minutes until their call, but your Content Hub has 47 comprehensive PowerPoints and no way to quickly build something custom.

Reps build custom decks from approved content in under two minutes, without leaving Paperflite.

No file size limits.

Mix & Match closes this gap.

Edit and personalize PowerPoints in-platform. Combine slides from multiple sources. Save directly to Collections or Marketing-created streams. No tool-switching, no downloads, no friction.

Marketing controls what's available. Sales arranges it for the deal at hand. The deck is custom-built, the content stays approved.

The Workflow - Marketing

Upload Master Presentations

Product decks, case studies, sales plays, battle cards, everything Sales might need lives in the Content Hub.

Marketing can upload files as uneditable from the source, locking down slides or elements that can't be changed.

Product Decks, Case Studies, Sales Plays, Vertical Content. The structure matters because this is how reps find what they need.

Organize Into Streams

Set Permissions

Healthcare reps see healthcare case studies. APAC teams see region-specific content. Product specialists see technical decks. Marketing controls who accesses what.

Walk Away

Source files can't be touched. Reps can't upload external content. They work with copies, always. Marketing controls the ingredients and decides what can be edited. Sales arranges the meal

The Workflow - Sales Creates Custom Decks

Create Asset

Rep clicks "Create Asset," chooses PowerPoint or PDF

Search and Select

Searches "Enterprise Product Deck." Selects slides 1, 5, 8, 12. Searches "Remote Team Case Studies." Selects slides 3, 7.

Arrange and Edit

Drags slides into preferred order. Edits PowerPoints directly in-platform—adjusts customer names on the cover, tweaks stats to match discovery notes, personalizes messaging for the specific buyer

Save

Names it "Acme Corp Demo - March 2024." Saves to a Marketing-created stream (like "Custom Assets") or directly into a Collection for that specific deal.

Six slides, two sources, 90 seconds.

Custom-built and personalized (where allowed). Original files never change.

Marketing-Created Streams

Marketing sets up streams like "Custom Assets" where reps can save their custom decks. Makes sense if they're running three manufacturing deals and this deck works for all of them. Easy to find and reuse across deals.

Collections (Microsites)

Rep saves directly into an account-specific Collection. The deck lives alongside contracts, ROI calculators, mutual action plans—everything for that buyer in one place.

Either way, reps can re-edit PowerPoints anytime, in-platform—but only the elements Marketing didn't lock. PDFs are view-and-share only.
