1. Exploratory call
An initial call once your application is shortlisted to understand your background and interests (15 - 20 mins)
2. Level 1 discussion
A technical or functional discussion to delve deeper into your skills and experience (30 - 60 mins)
3. Level 2 discussion
Another round of technical or functional evaluation to assess your capabilities further (30 - 60 mins)
4. Task round
A task relevant to the role to showcase your problem-solving abilities and expertise (2-5 days)
6. Offer discussion
A final discussion to review the offer and address any questions you may have before joining the Paperflite family. (15 - 30 mins - Virtual)
5. Level 3 discussion
A comprehensive discussion covering both technical and behavioral aspects to evaluate your fit within the team and company culture (45 - 90 mins - In person)
